With technology such as AI and mobile delivery, any organization with excessive overhead (think malls and department stores) will no longer remain competitive.

I’ve seen so many organizations focus on reducing administrative expenses versus the cost of care -that is, focusing on the 10% part of the equation instead of the 90%. Throughout my career I’ve built and managed FFS, PPO, and DHMO networks, delivering affordable care to covered members.
